Enrico La Cruz
I had the honor of representing the Netherlands at the Olympic Games in both Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo. In addition, I’ve earned two bronze medals at the European Championships. Currently, I am a professional boxer, focused on qualifying for the next Olympics. In my PTBoxing sessions, I emphasize not only mastering technique but also enhancing the overall sports experience. My goal is to share my passion for boxing while creating an enjoyable and motivating environment—where hard work is balanced with a good sense of humor.
Colin Kwabena
I'm the current Champion of the Netherlands. With over 10 years of experience in boxing, I am still in the prime of my career. Recently, I had the honor of winning the Dutch A-Class Championship title. Since 2023, I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer at PT Boxing, and I'm excited to help you reach your fitness and boxing goals through tailored training sessions. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced boxer, young or old, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll work toward achieving the best results possible!
Sonny van Putten
During my studies, I became the Dutch National Boxing Champion, and it was during this time that I discovered my passion for coaching. I became a coach for many reasons: to share my love for boxing, weight training, and living a healthy, active lifestyle, while helping others achieve their goals in a fun and motivating way. I’ve been dedicated to boxing and weight training for over twelve years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, I’m a licensed Sports Nutritionist and Fitness Trainer.
Jessy Frempong
I studied Sports Marketing and Management at the Hoge Economische School, and spent 5 years fighting at a professional MMA level. My passion for boxing began in the 90s, the day I first watched Rocky Balboa. From that moment on, boxing has been a constant in my life. The ultimate challenge for me now is to pass on the knowledge and experience I gained as a former pro fighter, helping others build physical fitness, self-confidence, and a positive outlook on life. I’m committed to empowering others to reach their full potential—both in and out of the ring.

I’m a certified fitness instructor with 15 years of experience in sports and health. As a former competitive fighter, I truly understand what it feels like to be in the ring.
