BOXING PROGRAM
During PTBoxing sessions, you’ll use boxing techniques and possibly strength training. The structure of the program is completely tailored to your goals. First, we’ll have a conversation with you to understand exactly what you want to change or learn. Based on your objectives, we’ll create a personalized program, and we see it as a challenge to not only help you achieve your goals but also to make you a better boxer. Throughout the weeks, you’ll work on your body and build top-level fitness.
